|Recommended: YesThings can be Improved — There is an abandoned van in the parking lot that is an eye sore and very gross. It needs to be towed away. There is a lip on the edge of the exit for the parking lot that scrapes the bottom of my car when I enter or leave the parking lot. The ventilation in the bathroom and in the kitchen hardly work. Also, our swamp cooler has been down for weeks and it's getting hot. So I'm getting a little impatient for that to be repaired. I know they are waiting on a replacement though. But overall, the atmosphere of Union Square is lovely. The rent isn't too expensive. Management works with you and the office staff is good about answering calls. I like living here.

|Recommended: YesPoor insulation, parking is a joke, noise is terrible. — It's very inexpensive, which is really nice. Property is old and is in desperate need of a face lift. Maintenance is really frustrating. We waited 10 days to have our heater fixed during the coldest week of the winter.
|Recommended: YesI think it is outdated but a great place to live. — I think it has been really great to live here. Especially for the price and how convenient is living in Provo. I think the apartment is a great size for a single person or a young family. I think the kitchen especially is a really great kitchen except the cabinets are a shaped a little weird with there shelves as well. I think the community of the apartment complex itself can be a bit better but it really is a great place to live.
|Recommended: YesGrateful for new management — I really love the affordability and the location to BYU's campus that Union Square is. As much as I am grateful for this place I think it could use a repaint and a few updated appliances
|Recommended: YesWe hear everything — Maybe our neighbors are just loud, but it's probably that they're both loud and the building wasn't constructed with noise reduction in mind. We consistently hear snippets of our neighbors' conversations. But the rent is super inexpensive, so it may be worth it.
|Recommended: YesBest value apartment complex for student married couples — Close to campus,, very reasonable rent rate, friendly staff, comfortable apartment
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live for new couples — The apartment is small, perfect to new couples. Lack of a thermostat can be a bummer, but the AC heating fixture works well enough.
|Recommended: YesGreat apartment, perfect size, wonderful location — Union Square is the best married housing I could find The rent can't be beaten, the size is perfect, the location is ideal for BYU students, and it is just a great place to begin married life.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — A really good place to live. It is affordable and it is well taken care of. It has good parking lots, a laundry room, and even a pool for the Summer. The Maintenance staff is responsible and respectful, and they always came soon to help you out.
|Recommended: NoGood property but a little too expensive for so little. — It's a nice place with really good neighbors. But each month it feels like they charge a little bit more. On the plus side, the washer and dryers work well, the grounds always seem to be clean and maintenance works quickly.
|Recommended: YesPerfect Starter Apartment for Married Couples — I think with these apartments you get what you pay for. There are of course some things that could be better such as parking and noise, but the rent is a good price when compared to other places in Provo, and overall we really enjoy living here.
|Recommended: YesUnion Square — My husband and I have been living at Union Square for almost 3 years and we have loved it The upper parking deck is tucked away from the busy Provo roads, there is underground parking to use in the winter and the layout has a open concept that we absolutely love The apt is a little dated, the oven temperature is slightly off and sometimes the transition can from Winter Spring can get pretty toasty as we are on the 3rd floor and the complex is on a massive switch of either heat or AC Other than that, we've loved living here It honestly is the best bang for your buck We have considered moving to other apts however, nothing has measured up to Union Square The ward is pretty great also 10 10 recommend
